MAUD follows the life of renowned local artist,
Maud Lewis and her husband Everet.

Start with an exclusive Art Gallery tour 5 pm – 6 pm
View the  Maud Lewis paintings from the Permanent Collection at the AGNS in Yarmouth.
From oxen teams working the fields to the lighthouses standing watch along the
rocky shores. Maud Lewis’ paintings reflect the spirit of rural Nova Scotia and a
life inextricably bound to the sea.
Then to Murray Manor and Culture House 6:15 pm- 7:30 pm,
and enjoy a three course meal specifically prepared to celebrate  the life
of Maud Lewis.
After dinner, off to Th’YARC to see the stage play, MAUD, Curtain 8pm. (Prime Seating)
Written and directed by Hal Theriault, the story follows the simple life of
local renowned folk artist Maud and her husband Everet.
